I really love all the things that go with Christmas, especially the preparation, the card making, decorating, all the fun stuff that can last for months beforehand and make Christmas very special for family and friends.
I love using my ink pads for more than just stamping. Here I have inked my embossing folder and then embossed the image of snowflakes so it is coloured for the main panel. I have also inked the scalloped strip and the image frame, then stamped the front wording, inside greeting and the image for the front and the envelope in the same colour for a co-ordinating look
Remember that all things in craft have many uses :)

Just Love This Card!
Christmas 12 Card Quick
With this cutting pattern you can get all the coloured pieces you need to complete the pictured cards from just 3 sheets of bazzill cardstock, so team together with base A5 cardstock and some ribbon and you have a great set of cards. So get out those scraps of patterned paper and get cutting. Have fun!

Here is a selection of the cards made this Saturday. All complete with embossed front, stamped greeting, pretty flowers and rhinestones to decorate. All include inserts and envelopes decorated to match. Very pretty and effective. It feels good to be creating again. And how good that I seem to have posted 3 times this week... is that a new PB?

Flying Wire and Bead Creatures
Yes I know it has been a while since I made any of these, but they are so very popular, very delicate and just stunning. I do love working with wire, maybe I like the way I can make it do what I want it to?? Are the beads smaller and the hands not quite as agile.. or is it just winter? Must hunt around for my instructions for these and put it on my 'to do' list to upload.

Thank you card using layers
I seem to be a bit erratic about blogging, it is new and I don't seem to have much to say or post. I will try to post at least once a week with any new project that I have completed or attempted. This card was made a couple of weeks ago, easy layered card, stamping and decorated inside and envelope.
